Hat Trick: During this energy packed class the instructor will use a variety of different equipment (bikes, trampolines, step, balls) to create a trio of events Cardio, Muscle conditioning and Stretch that allows the participant to try something different each week.
Hello Hi Lo: This is a basic aerobics class from yester year ….good cardio followed by muscle conditioning and stretch.
Hoops & Heart Space: Join us for a unique class that introduces two ways to connect with yourself. Hula Hooping exercises over 30 core muscles, improves balance, flexibility, dexterity and coordination, tones and reshapes the abdomen, buttocks, and legs, and helps relieve tension in the lower back, all while having a ton of fun! Hooping is a great way to balance the body and the mind. The second half of the class builds on that with a beginner meditation session. Good for your body, good for your soul!
Interval Kick Box: Learn the basics using bags and sparing techniques to create a great cardio workout.
Pilates: a solid workout that equally emphasizes core-strength, flexibility, control, alignment, posture, balance, and breath connection. Strengthening the muscles of the spine, abdomen, and pelvis is a key component.
Spin: Whether you are new to spin or a seasoned veteran, this class will take your muscles and cardiovascular system to new limits.
Step: This class has been designed to challenge like never before, spice and flare to your basic step bringing this class to a new level. Get your hips moving and your body shaking.
Strength of a Woman: This class combines Cardio and the use of bands and balls to work the specific needs of a women’s body.
Total Body Intervals: An upbeat mix of cardio and muscle conditioning using a combination of different equipment.
Flow Yoga: The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
Restorative Yoga: In restorative yoga, props are used for support the body so that you can hold poses for longer, allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. Restorative postures are usually adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to eliminate unnecessary straining.
