ABS, ARMS, ASSETS: Infuse your cardio with upper and lower body
conditioning and core work to provide a total body workout that makes the most
of your time.
CARDIO & MUSCLE TRIO: This class is a great way to combine cardio and strength if you're short
on time. A mix of fitness techniques to keep your body challenged.
This non-stop experience of strength /cardio exercises is just
right when you're looking for results!
CIRCUIT TRAINING: An action packed workout
combining the benefits of endurance and strength exercises with short cardio
intervals. This fast paced class is
designed to keep heart rates pumping. A
variety of equipment as well as body resistance may be used to continually
challenge participants with exercises easily adapted for all fitness levels.
CMT MIX UP: In the short period of time
that we have to get things done, this class will hit every muscle in your body
with the combination of (CMT =) Cardio, Muscle, & Tabata. GET ‘ER DONE!
FEATURE OF THE DAY: Check the schedule on the
weekend feature white board for class design as it changes from week to week. Or call the facility to find out what the class will be.
FITT YOGA: Combines the best of yoga, with the best of
Pilates. These classes will emphasis on
breath, balance, and core strength. It
is more challenging then restorative yoga.
Join in and feel your body become leaner, stronger and revitalized.
HAT TRICK: During this energy packed
class members sample 3 different style components of exercise to get the most
from their workout.
INTERVALS: Combination of different cardiovascular and
muscle condition exercises that will challenge you in your workout
KICKBOX / MUSCLE STRENGTH: For ½ an hour you will use the
bags and learn the basic moves and techniques you need to create a great cardio
workout followed by ½ and
hour of muscle conditioning that will continue to work muscles used during the
MUSCLE EXERTION: NO CARDIO!! What!! This class is designed to work every muscle
in the body in a short amount of time. Using a combination of equipment
and moves you will be sweating like there was cardio involved. ((Noun)
the activity of exerting your muscles in various ways to keep fit.)
RESTORATIVE YOGA: Ina restorative yoga, props are used to
support the body so that you can hold poses for a little longer, allowing you
to open your body through passive stretching. Restorative postures are usually
adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks,
stretching bands, blankets to eliminate unnecessary straining.
SPIN & ABS: Whether you are new to spin or a seasoned
veteran, this class will take your muscles and cardiovascular system to new
STEP & MUSCLE
CONDITIONING: This class has been designed
to challenge like never before, spice and flare to your basic step bringing
this class to a new level. Get your hips
moving and your body shaking.
TABATA: Get fit with Tabata intervals and take your
workouts to a whole new level of intensity.
During the Tabata intervals we will move through different exercises at 20,30,40
second intervals, with 10,15,20 second recovery periods between each
exercise. Using different muscle groups
and doing different cardiovascular exercises, your body will get leaner,
stronger and more defined in a shorter period of time. Challenge yourself and have fun trying
something different. You will love the
W.O.D SENSATIONS: Never the same thing twice. You will work on various activities creating
the kind of variety that everybody needs in a real kick butt workout! (W.O.D –
workout of the day)
ZUMBA®: Combines high energy and
motivating music with unique moves and combination’s that allow the
participants to dance away their worries **Zumba Classes are taught in the dark
with strobe lights.
ZUMBA®TONING: Combines Zumba moves along with light-weight
upper body resistance, you’ll work against gravity on the floor to define your legs
and abdominal muscles.
