most of 45 minutes! By combining upper and lower exercises together, you will
work your entire body (Slight time modifications for the evening class)

the basics using bags and sparing techniques to
create a great cardio workout.

double shot of cardio in half the time! Cap off your
morning ride with core (ab) conditioning using the stability ball or mat.

instructor will use a variety of different equipment (bikes, trampolines, step, balls)

something different each week.
Hi-Lo
with Zumba Flare:
It is like a blast from the past, dust off your “blue
suede shoes” for this hi and lo class with a few dance combos to
add a little
Jazz to the class (no rhythm or coordination needed).
Pilates: a solid workout that equally emphasizes core-strength, flexibility, control, alignment, posture, balance, and breath connection. Strengthening the muscles
of the spine, abdomen, and pelvis is a key component.
Rock Solid: Riders mount your bike and prepare for a variety of different climbs
propelling your cardio workout to new heights then cap it off with Abs and Arms
for a rock solid workout.
Spin: Whether you are new to spin or a seasoned
veteran, this class will take
your muscles and cardiovascular system to new limits.
Spin, Step, Stability ball Sculpt: Recharge your Friday cardio with a variety of spinning drills, then hit the step to continue working your lower half. Rebuild with strength training for both upper, lower and core (abs) using the stability ball and hand weights. Good for all fitness levels as a variety of options will be provided

Strength of a Women: This class combines Cardio and the use of bands and balls to work the specific needs of a women’s body.
Total Body Intervals: An upbeat mix of cardio and muscle conditioning using a combination of different equipment.
Yoga: A relaxing class that focuses on breathing, flexibility and posture
Zumba Sculpt: Enjoy a blend of rhythmatic Latin moves and music while moving through basic step and a total body sculpting experience.
